Fir Lane Estate is located on the water of LowerTwin Lakes next to Twin Lakes Village. The Village is just 35 miles from Spokane and just North of Rathdrum, Idaho. Built by Gene and Mary Bronson in the early 50's, the Estate consists of three private knotty pine lake cottages with a variety of amenities, all spaciously situated on eleven lake lots. Adjacent to Fir Lane Estate is Twin Lakes Villiage, which offers an 18 hole golf course, driving range and restaurant. Two of the cottages, Whispering Pines Lodge and Sparkling Water Retreat, are reserved for the bridal party. After preparing for the wedding in the two cottages, a well manicured lawn surrounded by pines awaits you for the wedding ceremony. A gazebo and white chairs are available for your use.

Two Day Event
(available from Fri. 1:00 pm to Sat. 10:00 pm)

· Use of grounds Friday for rehearsal dinner Bar-B-Q *Limited to 30 people (forty foot long deck on water available for this)
· Use of Estate grounds from 11 am to 10 pm Saturday for the wedding ceremony.
· Use of Sparkling Water Retreat cottage Friday night and both Sparkling Water Retreat and Whispering Pines cottage for dressing Saturday
· Use of 75 chairs and decorated gazebo for wedding
· Decorated archway for wedding (all decorations of a silk nature)
· Use of one decorated Golf cart
· 5 free passes for 9 holes of golf
· Package Price $ 3,800.00 (+applicable taxes)

 Three Day Event
(available from Friday at 1:00 pm to Monday at 11:00 am)
· Use of Sparkling Water Retreat from Friday at 1:00 pm to Monday at 11:00 am and both Sparkling Water Retreat and Whispering Pines cottage for dressing on Saturday.
